Managing and coordinating 3 teams of amazing technical folks. My Cloud team handles our AWS and Google Cloud platforms with our web, email, file servers as well as the all the traditional IT responsibilites. My Dev team builds all the custom applications that make our company better. My scripting team does the specialized work with Amtelco's scripting language to make sure our phone operators at AnswerFirst can deliver the best customer service experience and our clients get their info delivered how they want it (APIs, Text, etc...). 17 direct reports.
